The Process

What happens after you submit

Submissions do not appear automatically. Information is checked for accuracy, relevance and permission before it is considered for the guide.

Choose the closest option below and include enough detail to locate or understand the issue. Your email is optional unless follow-up is needed.

A maintainer reviews

A current student maintainer checks the submission. Factual changes are compared with an official or otherwise clearly identified source.

The guide is updated

Approved material is added to the relevant page. Housing reviews remain student-reported. Community information is published only when the submitter is authorized to share it.

Keep private information out of the form

Do not submit patient information, passwords, financial documents, confidential course materials or identifying information about someone else without their permission. Contact details entered as “public” may appear on the site.

Reviews appear with the relevant building in the Housing section. Details about commute, management, noise and what you wish you knew are especially useful.
